Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Ostof's Stream Bingo ("Stream Bingo," "the Service," "we," "us," or "our") is a multiplayer bingo tool for live streamers. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service provides:

• Multiplayer bingo games for streamers
• OBS-compatible overlays for boards, leaderboards, and activity feeds
• Integration with streaming platform chat and features
• Tools for creating and managing bingo playsets

2. Account Terms

To use Stream Bingo, you must:

• Have a valid streaming platform account: Authentication is handled via OAuth from supported platforms (currently Twitch and Google).
• Be at least 13 years old: You must be at least 13 years of age to use Stream Bingo.
• Maintain one account per person: You may not create multiple accounts.
• Keep your account secure: You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Stream Bingo responsibly. You may not:

• Abuse the Service or other users: This includes harassment, spam, or hate speech.
• Attempt to exploit or hack the system: Do not attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the Service.
• Use the Service for illegal activities: Including gambling with real money or promoting illegal content.
• Violate your streaming platform's terms: You must comply with the terms of service of any connected platform.

4. Service Availability

Stream Bingo is currently in beta:

• Service provided "as-is": No guarantees regarding uptime or reliability during beta.
• Features may change: We may modify, add, or remove features at any time.
• Notification of changes: We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes via email or Discord.

5. Intellectual Property

• We own the Service: Stream Bingo, including its design and code, is our property.
• You own your content: You retain ownership of bingo playsets, boards, and content you create.
• License to display: You grant us a license to display your content for operating the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• No warranty: The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.
• No liability for indirect damages: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Maximum liability: Our liability shall not exceed fees paid to us in the preceding 12 months, or $50 USD, whichever is greater.

7. Subscription Terms

If you purchase a paid subscription:

• Payment processing: Payments are processed by Polar.
• Billing terms: Billing, refunds, and disputes are governed by Polar's policies.
• Polar Terms: By subscribing, you agree to Polar's Terms of Service.
• Cancellation: Upon cancellation, access reverts to the free tier.

8. Termination

• You can delete your account: Delete your account anytime via settings. Your data will be removed.
• We can terminate for violations: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• Data deletion: Upon termination, data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction.
